Children’s resale clothing stores will most likely be a thing of the past come February 10th 2009 under the H.R.4040 Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. For years hundreds of these businesses have sprung up all over the country enabling parents an outlet for selling clothing that no longer fits their kid(s) but are still perfectly fine for re-use and for parents looking to save a bundle on gently used duds that they know their little ones will soon outgrow….
