President Obama has sent a request to Gov. David A. Paterson that he withdraw from the New York governor’s race, fearing that Mr. Paterson cannot recover from his dismal political standing, according to two senior administration officials and a New York Democratic operative with direct knowledge of the situation. The decision to ask Mr. Paterson to step aside was proposed by political advisers to Mr. Obama, but approved by the president himself, one of the administration officials said. [Does this mean Obama’s white half is racist? And what is up with the president of the United States telling state governors what to do? The states’ business should be dictated by the VOTERS Mr. Obama, not you ya wanna be dictator…ed]
A defiant Gov. Paterson Sunday said he still plans to run for a full four-year term next year despite a stunning White House request that the poll-challenged governor step aside. “I’ve said time and time again I am going to run for governor next year,” Paterson said in Harlem. “My plans have not changed.” Paterson did not deny a Sunday Daily News report that White House political director Patrick Gaspard met with him last Monday to discuss the concerns the Obama administration has with him – and their preference he not run next year. [The 20% approval rated unelected governor of New York tells Obama and his attack dog Rahm Emanuel to go pound sand when they tell him to drop out of the running. If I was this guy I wouldn’t be taking any long lonely walks in wooded parks or do much flying on small airplanes for awhile…ed]
In a little noticed interview with the Daily Beast (presumably little noticed because serious people don’t read the Daily Beast), Zbigniew Brzezinski suggests that Barack Obama do more than just refuse to support an Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear sites — the American president must give the order to shoot down Israeli aircraft as they cross Iraqi airspace: [Hey look, Zbigniew Brzezinski, one of the people behind the scenes who is pulling Obama’s puppet strings on a daily basis, goes public with what he and his buddies have planned for Israel…ed]
As the former leader of the free world, Jimmy Carter deserves our respect. As a political analyst – attributing racism to the anger at President Obama – he is irresponsibly inaccurate. Obama’s popularity hasn’t tumbled because he’s black. It’s tumbled because he has come to represent Washington instead of those who sent him there. I know this because of a 6,400-person interview survey I conducted for my new book “What Americans Really Want … Really.” I sat down to write this book, conduct the poll and insisted that the second “really” be included in the title because I was fed up with opinion elites who ascribe opinions to Americans that simply do not exist. [I couldn’t DISAGREE more with the first sentence of this article because this bumbling anti American foolish idiot Jimmy Carter deserves ZERO respect. Otherwise Dr. Luntz is right on the money…ed]
A politically incorrect pooch delivered a stream of consciousness protest Saturday as Libyan officials rolled out the red carpet for dictator Moammar Khadafy. Maggie the dog was out for a walk when she responded to the pomp by taking a pee on the lush rug outside the Libyan Mission – a gesture appreciated by many New Yorkers with little use for the notorious colonel. “The dog had excellent taste,” said Mark Birnbaum, 57, a Mission neighbor who watched the whole thing. “She’s a sweetheart.” [Me thinks a nice pile of Number 2 would have been a much more appropriate greeting for this murderous thug…ed]
The swine flu pandemic could kill millions and cause anarchy in the world’s poorest nations unless £900m can be raised from rich countries to pay for vaccines and antiviral medicines, says a UN report leaked to the Observer. The disclosure will provoke concerns that health officials will not be able to stem the growth of the worldwide H1N1 pandemic in developing countries. If the virus takes hold in the poorest nations, millions could die and the economies of fragile countries could be destroyed. Health ministers around the globe were sent the warning on Thursday in a report on the costs of averting a humanitarian disaster in the next few months. It comes as officials inside the World Health Organisation, the UN’s public health body, said they feared they would not be able to raise half that amount because of the global downturn. [These leftists will stop at nothing in their efforts to transfer the wealth from the producers of the world to those constantly with their hands out. Unfortunately for us Obama see things in the same light as these UN dirtbags…ed]

ACORN’s top officer said Sunday that she was “outraged” by the content of hidden-camera videotapes showing her organization’s employees offering advice to undercover filmmakers posing as a pimp and prostitute, as she pledged to “reform” the inner workings of the activist group. Chief organizer Bertha Lewis tried to calm a growing firestorm over the behavior of her group’s employees. Allegations of voter registration fraud and other ethical lapses have plagued ACORN for years, but the videotapes were the last straw for the group’s critics — as well as its long-time defenders. The videotapes, filmed by two conservative activists, led to both the House and Senate voting to de-fund ACORN last week. Many Democrats joined Republicans in voting for the measures. [First the behavior of videotaped ACORN employees was described as an isolated incident. Then more tapes came out showing ACORN employees saying the exact same thing in several different offices, like they were trained to do. Then came the outrageous claims the tapes were “doctored.” Then came the threats of lawsuits. Eventually ol Bertha realized she and her fellow crooks running ACORN were both exposed and screwed at the same time. What fun to watch…ed]
It was one of the most popular topics among the questions you submitted to me for my interview with President Obama – the controversy involving ACORN. While the President said that ACORN “deserves to be investigated” in light of the “inappropriate” video that’s gone viral, he did not endorse recent votes in Congress to cut off federal funding for the community group.
Here’s our FULL exchange:
STEPHANOPOULOS: How about the funding for ACORN?
OBAMA: You know, if — frankly, it’s not really something I’ve followed closely. I didn’t even know that ACORN was getting a whole lot of federal money. [Obama is a pathetic lying sack of Kenyan cow dung. This community organizer was an attorney for this group and instructed the crooks on how to get their hands on federal funds among many other things. I like how he tries to downplay the scandal by referring to “the video” conveniently forgetting there were at least FIVE videos released to date…ed]
The US jobs situation could worsen slightly over the coming few months, US President Barack Obama said Sunday. “I want to be clear, that probably the jobs picture is not going to improve considerably and it could even get a little bit worse over the next couple of months,” Obama said in an interview with CNN. [The mass elimination of private sector jobs forcing as many U.S. citizens as possible to depend on the government to get by was the gameplan of this marxist anti American illegitimate “president” all along…ed]
Two gutsy young people did the undercover journalistic legwork that quickly turned public opinion against the radical leftist group ACORN, but their work might have been less effective without the “promotional genius” of Andrew Breitbart. Breitbart, who first made a splash on the new media scene at The Drudge Report, released the first video shot by “the pimp and the prostitute” (James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles) on Sept. 10, the day Breitbart launched his new Web site, BigGovernment.com. It exposed ACORN employees in Baltimore aiding and abetting both underage prostitution and tax fraud. Since then, BigGovernment has released four more video stings against ACORN employees in Washington; New York; San Bernardino, Calif.; and San Diego. The impact has been swift and sweeping: [The left wing lamestream old media is done, finished, washed up and tanking quicker than Obama’s poll numbers. Breitbart is a leader in showing the power of the new conservative media based on the truth rather than the typical lies and critical omissions served up by the leftist dinosaurs at the alphabets, msnbc, cnn the New York Behind The Times and the Washington Compost…ed]
he FBI arrested a 24-year-old Colorado man on charges of making false statements to federal agents in an ongoing terror investigation, and supporting documents contend the man admitted receiving weapons and explosives training from Al Qaeda in Pakistan. Najibullah Zazi of the Denver suburb of Aurora was arrested late Saturday after undergoing three days of questioning by the FBI. Zazi, a legal permanent resident from Afghanistan, was due to appear in federal court on Monday. [You know it really wouldn’t be that hard to keep these types the hell out of this country but it almost seems as though some folks in the federal government actually WANT them here. Nothing like a good old fashioned terrorist attack to rush through even more restrictions on the rights of American citizens…ed]
House Republicans are feeling no love from President Barack Obama in the debate over healthcare – and Democrats want them to quit complaining. The White House has refused to schedule meetings with Obama and a handful of GOP lawmakers who RSVP’d to his blanket invitation to sit down one-on-one with any member of Congress to discuss his landmark legislation. Outspoken Democratic Rep. Barney Frank (Mass.) sees nothing wrong with the White House disregard for his GOP colleagues, saying they have no intention of supporting any healthcare bill offered by the president. [Obama says, “If you come to me with a serious set of proposals, I will be there to listen. My door is always open.” Joe Wilson was spot on as the liar-in-chief lies yet again…ed]
The S&P 500 index has rallied 56 percent since Mar. 9, and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said this week that the recession is likely over. So across the country, Main Street investors are weighing whether they should jump back into the market — either with their 401(k) money or the cash they may have moved into safer territory. I’m urging folks to stay out! If you haven’t already jumped back into stocks and logged impressive spring and summer gains, the markets’ rise to Friday’s highs appears to have no solid footing in reality. Without corporate profits, increased consumer spending, job growth or an active credit market, this rally seems to be fueled by fast institutional money. Indeed, it may be a sucker’s rally heading for a decline. [Of course this has been a suckers rally. There is absolutely no rational justification for the DOW to be anywhere 10,000 in these rotten economic times…ed]
Quote of the day.
We, the people, are the rightful masters of both congress and the courts – not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the constitution.
