Archbishop Demetrios, the head of the Greek Orthodox Church in the United States, went a little wonky yesterday comparing Barack Hussein Obama to Alexander the Great. Now since Obama is most certainly no brilliant military tactician nor a conquering war hero how exactly does the old guy manage to connect these two men? Oh wait, word on the street has it that Alexander the Great, while tough as nails and brave as hell, was gay.

Please note I am in no way saying Obama has any boyfriends or is of the homosexual persuasion but I do know for a fact he wouldn’t know a brilliant military flanking maneuver from an ACORN thug rally in front of A.I.G executive’s homes..

Fallout from the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) Militia profiling garbage continues with the Missourians United for Life organization filing a complaint against Democrat Gov. Jay Nixon.
Missourians United for Life has joined with the (hold your nose) ACLU to file a complaint in federal court against governor Jay Nixon who thought that the MIAC report equating supporters of Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin–third party presidential candidates–with terrorists was just fine and spot on. They aren’t digging the inference that pro life folks should be bunched in with the so called domestic terrorist crowd and while they have asked for a temporary restraining order against Nixon I think the action is moot as the report is no longer being distributed throughout the state.

H.R.1388 Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education (G.I.V.E.), the forced volunteer program the Obama administration somehow thinks the American people will go for, forbids any kind of religious instruction or involvement while the kids are being indoctrinated in the government camps.
Here is part of the HR1388 Bill’s wording: SEC. 1304. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS. Section 125 (42 U.S.C. 12575) is amended to read as follows: SEC. 125. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS. (7) Engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.

Missouri Militia Profiling Report Pulled

Missouri Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder has called for an investigation of the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) and to have Department of Public Safety Director John Britt, who oversees information released through the organization, put on administrative leave until the state can get to the bottom of the profiling of citizens contained in a six page document first reported by Alex Jones’ prisonplanet.com. In virtually every case there has been a complete failure to credit prisonplanet.com and infowars.com for this explosive story. Typical of the lamestream media these days.

This report, released to Alex Jones by a concerned law enforcement official, provided a scathing and completely unwarranted attack on militias and citizens claiming those who supported third party candidates for president, Christians, those opposed to abortion, those in favor of our Constitution, those weary of egregious abuses by federal agencies, those fed up with the corrupt federal reserve system and those that would like to see the United Nations implode and simply go away should be considered high risk and potentially dangerous people.

The report quickly became viral and the presidential candidates mentioned Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin and Representative Ron Paul (pdf) demanded their names be removed from the report.

Democratic Senator proves beyond a doubt he is too stupid to understand basic economic principals.
The newspaper industry is dying a rapid and well deserved death and the tree huggers should be thrilled what with all of the trees that will be saved. People that own birds and small rodent type pets will simply have to find another method to line their cages. The fact that people prefer to read about news rather than left wing propaganda in every damn article seems to have escaped those that have invested heavily in the industry for years. The solution to the NON problem? A Democrat proposing we convert these rags into “non profit” bird cage liners. In other words you will be forced to support via higher taxes (since these papers will now no longer have to pay them) the same left wing message that is killing the papers right now whether you choose to buy the rag or not.

Good guy one, bad guy dead.
So you are standing in line at a fast food joint minding your own business. Suddenly some street thug with an illegally possessed gun (you see bad guys don’t care about any laws hence the term…criminal) bursts through the door pointing the weapon in all directions ready to shoot anyone that looks at him crosseyed. You have a concealed carry permit and feel your life or the life of an innocent person is in danger so you quickly access your legally carried firearm and engage the dirtbag. You order him to drop the weapon and prone out on the floor but he refuses by means of a quick pull on the trigger. You’re hit but adrenaline kicks in and you manage to quickly squeeze off a few well placed rounds center mass, perfectly on target. You and others in the restaurant live for another day and the crook doesn’t. Just the way it is supposed to be.

If only a single Congressional member would strap on a pair and give Obama this kind of ass kicking! It won’t change anything but it would be fun to watch.

By the way this is what an excellent orator sounds like to all of those Obama supporters that think he is such a great speaker. You’ll see no teleprompters or giant TV screens telling this man what to say and you’ll notice he hardly glances at his notes. For those that don’t understand what true conviction sounds like have a look and listen…..

It’s amazing how the way this country is swirling down the drain parallels virtually identically to what is going on in the socialist U.K.

Obama, Congress Want Your Retirement Accounts

Make no mistake about it the private retirement accounts, the 401ks and IRAs, belonging to individual citizens in this country are in danger of being seized all in the name of fairness and the government “protecting” us from losing everything due to stock market volatility.

The plan to get the natives sufficiently angry towards the private sector so the government can then step in as the benevolent savior of the people against those big bad boys on Wall Street seems to have worked perfectly with the A.I.G. fiasco. Nevermind that it was the direct actions, and in some cases deliberate inactions, of our government that gave us this manufactured economic “crisis” in the first place.

While it has been reported that the collective retirement assets of Americans has taken a two trillion dollar haircut thanks to the generated financial meltdown this means there is still a roughly 15 trillion dollar pile of dough sitting in these accounts based on the numbers from the end of 2007.

That 15 trillion or so just sitting there will prove too much for politicians to leave alone especially if or more like when the world decides to stop lending the U.S. government any more money.

Here’s is the real reason for all of the Obama administration’s absolutely phony outrage over the A.I.G. bonus fiasco.
Straight out of the Saul Alinky handbook. Gin up a completely bogus scandal surrounding these bonuses that were known about and approved by the president and his Democratic cronies in Congress to get the public all riled up and ready to string private businesses up by their tender parts. Once the public is sufficiently angry at the private companies the government steps in and says they’ll make sure things are “done the right way” from now on for the good of the people. Like the government has ever “run anything right”.

We keep hearing about the high cost of healthcare in this country. What we don’t hear about is the high cost of treating illegal aliens.
The Democrats continue to insist Americans should be forced into a government run and controlled healthcare system because costs are just spiraling out of control. In reality the cost of treating people, like the estimated 20 million people in this country illegally and those that can actually afford to pay for an insurance program but prefer to take advantage of laws that force hospitals to treat everyone regardless of ability or willingness to pay, is what continues to drive the burden to taxpayers through the roof.
