Yes I know this natural-born-citizen-in-order-to-hold-the-office-of-vice-president-and-president stuff is a really complicated issue for the feeble minded but seriously the United States Supreme Court has agreed to take on a case concerning a movie about Hillary Clinton yet won’t touch whether or not a sitting president is eligible to hold the office?

You have to be kidding me?

I could care less what the left wing fairweather so called Constitution perfervid say about this natural born situation, you know the very same ones who have been crying their eyes out over George W. Bush’s bowhacking of our founding documents for the last five years, it’s right there…Article II Section I. The intent of the framers is clear and has been adjudicated by previous SCOTUS justices, this isn’t even a tough one.

Hundreds of thousands have signed a petition to have the case heard, hundreds of military personnel, both active and retired-but-subject-to-recall, have joined a lawsuit aimed at getting to the bottom of this nonsense and millions just want this situation cleared up one way or the other yet Obama refuses to release even his college records for review let alone his real birth certificate.

Stopped by police after having difficulty maintaining proper control of her vehicle, failing a field sobriety test then resisting the officer’s attempts to arrest her, an Arizona woman claims her troubles with the law are simply because she is a Muslim with a “Islam means peace” bumper sticker on her car.

Naturally the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) jumped right into the fray claiming they will be monitoring how the Gilbert AZ. police department handles this situation. CAIR has obviously learned much from the race baiting thugs Jesse Jackson Sr. and Al Sharpton as this is right out of their playbook.

MUSLIM WOMAN CRITICAL OF GILBERT POLICE TREATMENT

The bumper sticker on Lisa Gopalan’s car reads “Islam means peace.”

But the Muslim woman and former schoolteacher believes her religion gained her the unwanted attention of Gilbert police, who arrested her for DUI when she failed a field sobriety test.

“I was so humiliated,” said Gopalan, who along with her husband was recently laid off. “I do feel I was racially profiled to an extent. The whole thing was so upsetting. I’m no criminal.”

While the Chandler resident awaits a possible misdemeanor charge of DUI for being impaired to the slightest degree, police opened an investigation into her claims that she was racially profiled.

“The Gilbert Police Department doesn’t make traffic stops or contact based on racial descriptors,” said Sgt. Mark Marino, a police spokesman.

Obama Laughs While People Are Losing Everything

Somehow I don’t think the people that have lost most of their wealth since the day Obama took office are getting as big a kick out of the financial meltdown as he appears to be.

President Barack Obama said he believes the global financial system remains at risk of implosion with the failure of Citigroup or AIG, which could touch off “an even more destructive recession and potentially depression.”

His remarks came in a“60 Minutes” interview in which he was pressed by Steve Kroft for laughing and chuckling several times while discussing the perilous state of the world’s economy.

“You’re sitting here. And you’re— you are laughing. You are laughing about some of these problems. Are people going to look at this and say, ‘I mean, he’s sitting there just making jokes about money—’ How do you deal with— I mean: explain. . .” Kroft asked at one point.

“Are you punch-drunk?” Kroft said.

No Mr. Kroft he isn’t “punch drunk” so much as he and the bastards pulling his puppet strings are thrilled his game plan for bringing this country’s economy and the way of life for America’s citizens to its knees seems to be working perfectly. This clown is a child playing a man’s game and it shows every time his precious teleprompters are out of his view.

Obama, Keep Your Mitts Off Our Internet!

In yet another move to consolidate even more power within the walls of the White House a “proposal” has been developed to create an Office of the National Cybersecurity Advisor which would become part of the Executive Office of the President.

The head of this department would have the power to disconnect any federal infrastructure networks, or other networks deemed to be “critical”, from the internet if allegedly found to be at risk of a cyberattack. Or this person can just lie about a so called “cyberattack,” on orders from Obama, and pull the plug on our internet. How would we know otherwise?

Currently the Office of Homeland Security has jurisdiction over issues regarding cybersecurity and this office has said in the past that they have the tools to deal with these issues and they do not believe it is necessary to shift those responsibilities to the White House.

Last September DHS Undersecretary Robert Jamison said,

“A reorganization of roles and responsibilities is the worst thing that could be done to improve our nation’s security posture against very real and increasingly sophisticated cyberthreats,” Jamison said. “We have moved beyond words on paper and debate, and are now driving real improvements to our security. We cannot afford to lose that momentum and interagency unity of effort.”

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we have set. We’ve gotta have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded….”

Naturally speculation has been running rampant over what Obama is really getting at with all this civilian security force nonsense and I have yet to come across any reasonable explanation, until now.
