Barack Hussein Obama announced earlier this week that he was going to order charges dropped against Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri who stands accused of helping mastermind the bombing of the USS Cole in October 2000. Many news outlets appear to have spun the story to make it look like Susan J. Crawford, the top legal authority for military trials at Guantanamo was the one who decided to dismiss the charges but I believe that was just a tactical move on her part. You see Obama was not going to publicly announce his order to drop the prosecution of al-Nashiri until after he met with the families of those killed aboard the USS Cole at a White House gathering.

Ms. Crawford, no doubt a little irked at Obama, probably thought it would be a good thing for the families if they knew the truth before meeting up with the guy that will, in all likelihood, allow this bastard to go back home a free man.

Of course not everybody was thrilled at the proposition of meeting face to face with the person responsible for halting the military tribunals for these suspected terrorists including some folks that actually voted for this George Soros puppet.

Meet one lady who spent three years burying her son’s body parts after he was blown to pieces while serving on the USS Cole.

Barack Hussein Obama has been yammering and hammering away for weeks now over this nearly one TRILLION DOLLAR Democrat-supporters-and-benefactors-package saying our lives as we know them will cease to be if this Obamanation doesn’t get through Congress. Things are so dire, so precipitous that if this pile of crap legislation is not jammed down our throats the collapse of our nation is all but guaranteed. People are losing their jobs, their homes, their cars and their sanity. Times are rough for the American people.

So what does this guy do?

He gives away 20.3 MILLION DOLLARS of our taxpayer money to the Hamas run government in Gaza, the ones that for years have been launching thousands of rockets indiscriminately into Israel which prompted the recent military response between the two “countries.”

I fail to see where our national interest is involved here Mr. Obama. Perhaps this would be better defined as “personal interest?”

Apparently Mr. Obama misunderestimated the thrill running up everyone’s leg when he bellowed a call for his subjects to sponsor “house parties” designed to pump up some enthusiasm from the masses over the fact that he intends to put the next three generations of Americans our world citizens in hock up to their hairlines with this “stimulus bill” nonsense.

Hey if a couple of knuckleheads want to get together and pretend they are going to make some kind of grass roots movement to push this 500 pound pig through a three inch hole let them have at it. Meanwhile, as Nancy Pelosi would say, 500 million Americans have been jamming the White House switchboard and their Congressional representatives phones lines in OPPOSITION to this Obamination.

Few supporters are answering President Barack Obama’s call for nationwide house-party gatherings this weekend to build grass-roots support for his economic stimulus plan.

A McClatchy survey of sign-up rosters for a score of cities across the country revealed only 34 committed attendees in Tacoma, Wash. , as of midafternoon Friday; in Fort Worth, Texas , only 54, and in Sacramento, Calif. , just 78.

“Before the election, we would have had 500 to 800,” said Kim Mack , 46, a Sacramento city-facility manager who’s hosted house parties for political figures and causes since the mid-’90s.

Even in Washington , policy-wonk capital of the nation, only about 500 people had signed up.

Damien LaVera , a spokesman for the Democratic National Committee , called the interest level “considerable” for what he described as “the first national call to action aimed at helping to keep people informed and active in advancing the president’s agenda.”

Obama the candidate used house parties to recruit volunteers and raise money with great success, but this is the first time that a president has tried to mold his supporters into a post-election lobbying force.

It promises to be an uphill battle, several supporters said.

Liberal radio talk show host Bill Press had a chat with U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow from Michigan yesterday morning concerning the re-imposition of the Fairness Doctrine and he was pressing her hard to get some movement in the Senate just as soon as possible.

Not satisfied with owning virtually all print media, TV news, regular television programming, the educational system and Hollywood, liberals are just beside themselves that talk radio is dominated by conservatives and they are frantic to clamp down on the First Amendment and this avenue of discussion. The reason the liberals get so wound up about talk radio is the fact that issues can actually be talked about at length rather than the 30 second sound bites that are used by the compliant left leaning media to mislead and frankly flat out lie to the American people and in fact the entire world.

Liberal talk radio has been a bust from it’s inception because it is very difficult to hold a cogent conversation with an audience that has been dumbed down to a stump for decades. When your whole platform is based on emotional responses void of any real critical thinking it makes it a very difficult product to sell to the public and in turn to advertisers.

A group of 16 illegal aliens is suing an Arizona rancher, claiming he violated their civil rights, falsely imprisoned them and inflicted emotional distress by holding them at gunpoint on his property along the border.

The federal lawsuit against Douglas, Ariz., rancher Roger Barnett, his wife, Barbara, and his brother, Donald, is taking place before Judge John Roll in U.S. District Court and will run through Feb. 13. The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, or MALDEF, is representing the five female and 11 male illegals.

Al Garza, National Executive Director for Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, attended the first day of hearings on Monday. While the plaintiffs allege that Barnett attacked them because he is racist, Garza, an American of Mexican descent, said Barnett has never shown any hostility toward him.

“There is no racist agenda here, or I wouldn’t be a part of it because I am an American of Hispanic descent,” Garza said. “We don’t hate anyone from any particular country. We just want our laws enforced. This is not about color.”

Many of the aliens are residents of Michoacan, Mexico. Four live in Illinois, one resides in Georgia and another in Michigan. All of the plaintiffs currently living in the U.S. listed pseudonyms in the lawsuit due to “fear of adverse action based on immigration status.”

According to the complaint, Barnett, a resident of Douglas who owns 22,000 acres along the border in southeastern Arizona, approached the group of illegals on an all-terrain vehicle on March 7, 2004. He allegedly began yelling at them in English and broken Spanish while aiming his gun at the group. While Barnett’s dog barked at the intruders, the illegal aliens accused him of ordering the dog to attack. One of the women said the rancher kicked her because she refused to get up.

Barnett allegedly detained the trespassing illegals until Border Patrol agents arrived.

The only thing I have an issue with in this article, published in it’s entirety by permission of the author, are the several references to our form of government as a ‘democracy.’ A Representative Republic is the accurate representation of what our founding fathers fought and died for so that we may govern ourselves like no other people in history.

The clear proof of that is that despite 31 lawsuits filed against him demanding he prove his eligibility for the U.S. Presidency, he has instead hired three law firms and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid discovery and evade a judicial review.

The result is that not one of these 31 cases received a hearing on its merits. But why is it that judges have been unwilling to tackle Obama’s eligibility problem?

The answer is that most now suspect Obama is not eligible and are afraid of the political chaos that would result from such a discovery. They are afraid of what his supporters would do. They know that if they overturn Obama’s presidency, his millions of fans will turn American cities into warzones.

Outgoing President George W. Bush quietly boards his helicopter and leaves for Texas , commenting only: “Today is not about me. Today is a historical day for our nation and people.”

Stepping back to 2001 :

Outgoing President Bill Clinton schedules two separate radio addresses to the nation, and organizes a public farewell speech/ rally in downtown Washington D.C. scheduled to directly conflict with incoming President Bush’s inauguration ceremony.

2009:

President Bush leaves office without issuing a single Presidential pardon, only granting a commutation of sentence to two former border patrol agents convicted of shooting a convicted drug smuggler. He does not grant any type of clemency to Scooter Libby or any other former political aide, ally, or business partner.

Eight years ago :

President Clinton issues 140 pardons and several commutations of sentence on his final day in office. Included in these are: billionaire financier, convicted tax evader, and leading Democratic campaign contributor Marc Rich; Whitewater scandal figure Susan McDougal; Congressional Post Office Scandal figure and former Democratic Congressman Dan Rostenkowski; convicted bank fraud, sexual assault and child porn perpetrator and former Democratic Congressman Melvin Reynolds; and convicted drug felon Roger Clinton, the President’s half-brother.

2009:

The Bush daughters leave gift baskets in the White House bedrooms for the Obama daughters, containing flowers, candy, stuffed animals, DVD’s and CD’s, and heartfelt notes of encouragement and advice for the young girls on how to prepare for their new lives in the White House.

Eight years ago :

Clinton and Gore staffers rip computer wires and electrical outlets from the White House walls, stuff piles of notebook papers into the White House toilets, systematically remove the letter “W” from every computer key-pad in the entire White House, and damage several thousand dollars worth of furniture in the White House master bedroom.
