Police Chief Harasses Firearm Owners Despite Attorney General Ruling

ed_flynn-copy

Evidently the police chief in Milwaukee thinks firearm owners are guilty until proven innocent.

In many states it’s legal to wear a firearm on one’s hip in plain sight, referred to as open carry, sometimes with but often without a permit as long as there are no attempts to conceal the weapon, even briefly. The wisdom of walking around with a gun on your hip, visible to one and all, could be debatable but if the people vote to allow the practice in a particular state, then they should be permitted to exercise their rights without being harassed by law enforcement.

In fact the politically liberal state of Vermont takes the concept even further and doesn’t require any kind of permit even for concealed carry, joining Alaska as the only two states in the union where the residents make the personal choice of how to defend themselves against the bad guys without governmental interference.

Despite the Wisconsin Attorney General’s decision that the people of that state are entitled to open carry if they wish Milwaukee’s police chief Ed Flynn has a warning for those law abiding citizens that make the choice to do so.

Milwaukee’s police chief says he’ll go on telling his officers to take down anyone with a firearm despite Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen’s finding that people can carry guns openly if they do it peacefully.

Chief Ed Flynn says officers can’t assume people are carrying guns legally in a city that has seen nearly 200 homicides in the past two years.

He says that means officers seeing anybody carrying a gun will put them on the ground, take the gun away and then decide if the person has a right to carry it.

The rest of the article can be read here>>>

Put them on the ground huh chief? Well the Milwaukee city attorney had better prepare for a slew of completely unnecessary and avoidable lawsuits because they will be coming down the pike just as quick as the officers start slamming people “down” for exercising their right to carry a firearm or even stopping them simply to check if they are “legal.”

It is no mystery to the police who the people are causing all of the problems in that city but you can bet the farm they won’t be caught dead stopping Hispanics or “middle eastern” looking chaps on the street to see if they are in the country legally….and asking for their papers.

This policy will backfire and cause nothing but problems for the hard working officers who do their level best to get the real crooks off the street and have no problem with the law abiding citizens having the opportunity to defend themselves against the criminals who could care less about what this police chief has to say.

How Dare Anyone Have The Audacity To Question Anything Obama Does!

deer-in-headlights-copy

To the ignorant masses out there in MTV land Obama is just such a swell guy. Big smile, sharp wit, snazzy dresser, hip dude…oh and he’s that half black fella with all the power of the presidency, a position which was actually intended by our founders to be relatively weak in our form of government lest some arrogant narcissist come along thinking he is some kind of king, or something.

And of course we have the fawning, giddy, panting lapdog media which can barely contain themselves when Mr. Obama enters the room.

/
/

Here Obama shuffles into a press briefing, shoving Mr. Family Guy out the door, and the slobbering press bums jump to their feet like he is some kind of four star general and stand there like a bunch of dolts until he tells them to sit down. How much more pathetic can it get folks? (By the way I could care less that they all stayed planted in their seats when Bush showed up. That is what an independent unbiased press is supposed to do. Government officials work for us and are servants of the people…not the other way around.)

Kinda makes you want to shield your eyes in embarrassment for these goofs when you see this kind of behavior doesn’t it? Embarrassment that grows exponentially when you hear some of the incredibly stupid questions so many of these dingbats ask.

So just how tough is it out there in the real world to join or start a conversation about the Dear Reader and offer up anything other than blind, deaf and dumb adulation?

Obama criticism shuts down conversation

Parties were more fun when George W. Bush was president. You could debate, argue even, praise and condemn, throw darts and laurels and solve the world’s problems over a bottle of wine.

No more. At least not in my circles. If you want to stop a conversation in its tracks, just question something President Barack Obama has said or done. It’s not open to debate — and I don’t think that’s healthy, for the country or the president.

It’s especially unsettling for a free speech girl like me. The First Amendment is important — but lately, it feels like my right of self-expression is being squashed.

One example: Obama’s comment to Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show,” comparing his bowling abilities to someone in the Special Olympics.

Can you imagine the uproar had Bush said that? He’d be banished from bowling alleys for eternity. His bowling average and IQ would have immediately been compared in Twitter messages demanding his resignation.

But instead, media and water cooler conversations the next day were about bowling scores and how tough the game can be. Anyone bringing up the insensitivity of the president’s remark heard, “Come on, give the guy a chance. So he said one thing wrong. Anyone could have said something like that.” End of discussion.

Well if you thought the first round of the housing bust was a gas hang onto your hat for round two coming right up!

Everyone knows how loose mortgage underwriting led to the go-go days of multitrillion-dollar subprime lending. What isn’t well known is that a parallel subprime market has emerged over the past year — all made possible by the Federal Housing Administration. This also won’t end happily for taxpayers or the housing market. Last year banks issued $180 billion of new mortgages insured by the FHA, which means they carry a 100% taxpayer guarantee. Many of these have the same characteristics as subprime loans: low downpayment requirements, high-risk borrowers, and in many cases shady mortgage originators. FHA now insures nearly one of every three new mortgages, up from 2% in 2006.

Arlen Specter (D-Dirtbag) continues to make friends and influence people after his flip flop over to the Democrats.

A Pennsylvania Democrat who’s considering running against party-switching Sen. Arlen Specter next year, Rep. Joe Sestak, is miffed at the decision by President Barack Obama and other Democratic leaders to back Specter in any Democratic primary fight. “I’m kind of disappointed in the Democratic political establishment in Washington, DC,” Rep. Joe Sestak said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

48 year old woman, painting her nails while driving, runs over female motorcyclist killing her.

As she rode her motorcycle in the Lake Zurich area Saturday afternoon, Anita Zaffke stopped for a yellow light. The motorist behind her didn’t, police said, because she was painting her fingernails. Zaffke, 56, of Lake Zurich, suffered fatal injuries when she was struck by a car about 5:30 p.m., Lake County Coroner Richard Keller said.

Father slain in battle, six year old boy accepts Silver Star award in front of hundreds of his young classmates.

Often, when the skies above Kanesville Elementary School are clear, children on recess can look up and see a fighter jet from nearby Hill Air Force Base slicing a sharp white contrail into the blue. Some of those jets have cut similar trails across Afghan skies. And that’s as close as most of this suburban school’s students will ever come to the ongoing battle in south Asia. But the war flew much closer to home on Wednesday. In a morning assembly before hundreds of teary-eyed students, a stoic 6-year-old named Jase Spargur accepted the Silver Star — the U.S. military’s third-highest medal for valor — on behalf of his fallen father.

Persistent four year old girl saves mother from likely death.

Persistent efforts by a panicked four-year-old girl to get help to her bloodied, unconscious mother are being hailed as heroic by city police and neighbours. Last night, the condition of the mother — a woman in her 30s initially found clinging to life in her Maitland Pl. N.E. home yesterday — was upgraded to serious but stable. Insp. Rob Williams said the impressive actions of her child to find help likely gave the woman, thought to be injured in a domestic attack, the best chance of survival.

Three year old snatched in southern California home invasion robbery, kidnapping. Amber alert issued.

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Investigators were searching Monday for a 3-year-old boy kidnapped by two gunmen who broke into his family’s home, tied up his mother and his four siblings, and stole property, authorities said. The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert late Sunday for 3-year-old Briant Rodriguez, about nine hours after he was taken from his San Bernardino home.

Here’s your change-you-can-believe-in folks. While Obama is sending hundreds of millions of dollars to Hamas for “aid” and committing millions more for overseas abortions, for the first time in over 30 years there will be NO increase in Social Security benefits for our senior citizens.

For the first time in more than three decades, Social Security recipients will not get any increase in their benefits next year, federal forecasts show. The absence of a cost-of-living adjustment, calculated under a formula set by law, will be a shock to older Americans already hit by plummeting home values, investment losses and rising health costs. More than 50 million people receive Social Security. “Most seniors have never been through a year in which there was no Social Security COLA,” said David M. Certner, legislative counsel at AARP, the lobby for older Americans. Beneficiaries have received automatic cost-of-living adjustments every year since 1975. The increase this year was 5.8 percent.

Islamic intolerance strikes again. Pakistani woman killed by her brothers because she had the nerve to pursue a musical career and appear on television.

A RISING musical star was allegedly shot dead by her own brothers in the conservative city [notice how the writer just had to describe the city as “conservative”…ed] of Peshawar in Pakistan last week after she had appeared on television. The murder of Ayman Udas, who was in her early thirties and newly married, has shocked the city’s artistic community because it symbolises a backlash against women and cultural freedom in an area that is increasingly dominated by Islamic funda-mentalists. As a singer and song writer in her native Pashto, the language of the tribal areas and the NorthWest Frontier province, Udas frequently performed on PTV, the state-run channel.

Attorney claims Obama administration threatened to destroy the reputation of one of his clients via the lapdog White House press corps. Obama spokeshole denies allegations. I suspect this type of thuggish behavior is just the tip of the iceberg with these clowns.

A leading bankruptcy attorney representing hedge funds and money managers told ABC News Saturday that Steve Rattner, the leader of the Obama administration’s Auto Industry Task Force, threatened one of the firms, an investment bank, that if it continued to oppose the administration’s Chrysler bankruptcy plan, the White House would use the White House press corps to destroy its reputation. The White House said the story was false. “The charge is completely untrue,” said White House deputy press secretary Bill Burton, “and there’s obviously no evidence to suggest that this happened in any way.”

Iran hangs 23 year old woman for murder that allegedly took place when she was a minor. Meanwhile Obama continues to kiss the asses of the leaders of this backwards country.

The Iranian artist was executed on Friday for a murder allegedly committed when she was a juvenile and for which she retracted her brief confession, claiming she was covering up for her boyfriend. The prison authorities hanged Miss Darabi, 23, even though the head of Iran’s judiciary granted her a two-month stay of execution on April 19 amid international outrage over her case. They also did not give her lawyer the required 48 hours notice. Horrific new details have emerged of her last desperate plea for help from Rasht prison as jail guards came to lead her away.

Green weenies get a wake up call. Maybe all those electric vehicles, that require electricity in order to charge their batteries, don’t make much of an environmental difference after all.

The environmental benefits of electric cars are being questioned in Germany by a surprising actor: the green movement. But those risks don’t apply in the U.S., the American electric-car lobby asserts. [That’s because our green weenies are cooler than the European green weenies…ed] The German branch of the environmental group World Wildlife Foundation (WWF) has conducted a study together with IZES, a German institute for future energy systems, on the environmental impact of electric vehicles in Germany. Just like the U.S., Germany has an ambitious goal of introducing electric vehicles. Germany, which today has 41 million cars, aims to have 1 million electric cars or plug-in hybrid vehicles on the road by 2020. The conclusion of the study is that these electric cars only reduce greenhouse gases marginally.

Rock Star Or Closer To Falling Like A Rock?

Obama has hit rock bottom in the latest Rasmussen polling data with a Presidential Approval Index of a single, measly, weak ass plus one rating, obviously the lowest since he began to stink up our White House on January 21, 2009.

The New York Times, Washington Post, msnbc, cnn and the rest of the lamestream media left wing moonbats can try and spin it any way they want but the fact of the matter is Obama’s numbers are falling off the edge of a cliff as more and more Americans wake up to the fact this guy is nothing but a disaster for this country.

Hang on to your hats as those green and red lines finally cross and the numbers begin to stay on the negative side of the chart. That’s when show time starts folks.

Taxpayers To Fund Building Of New Prison So Obama Can Fulfill Idiotic Campaign Promise

club_gitmo-copy

I have a swell idea, since Obama has made the purely political and idiotic decision to close the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention center, which cost U.S. taxpayers millions of dollars to whip into shape so that it could securely hold hundreds of hard core anti-American murderous fanatics 90 miles across an ocean, why don’t we whiz away millions more building a brand spanking new place on American soil to hold the very same guys? Man if that isn’t an efficient way for the government to blow our hard earned tax money, especially in this economic environment, I don’t know what is.

Now even the Obama administration admits there are dozens of terrorist thugs being held within Club Gitmo that cannot be hauled before a civilian criminal court and certainly can’t be released back into the world’s population because they are simply too dangerous. While he received all kinds of dreamy eyed adoration from legions of left wing moonbats for promising the world he was going to close Guantanamo Bay because it was such a terrible blight upon the reputation of the United States the fact of the matter is we have no place to put these fanatical wackos when the detention centers are eventually shut down. Many European countries are dragging their feet when it comes to sharing responsibility for accepting even the prisoners who are cleared for release and nobody wants the real hard core cases so this country has no choice but to deal with them.

Obama’s solution? Well according to the washingtonpost.com,

Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said yesterday that the Pentagon may have to build a new facility to house detainees from the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, to hedge against political opposition around the country to the incarceration of the inmates in existing federal or military facilities in the United States.

“I fully expect to have 535 pieces of legislation before this is over saying, ‘Not in my district, not in my state,’ ” Gates said, referring to the number of senators and representatives in Congress. He said the Pentagon wants to have $50 million at hand in case it has to build a prison on short notice.

In January, President Obama ordered the closure of the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, within a year. Gates said the facilities, which cost tens of millions of dollars to construct, are likely to be “mothballed.”

Gates also said the administration, which is reviewing the cases of each of the 241 detainees at Guantanamo Bay, has begun to grapple with how to handle those prisoners deemed too dangerous to release but who cannot be put on trial.

Ah yes sleight of hand you can believe in. Truth be told Obama doesn’t want to have anything to do with these terrorists who are hell bent on bringing mayhem and death to America and her citizens. His choice is to avoid the issue altogether so as to not chip away at his political capitol in this country and around the globe.

Obama Declines Iran Offer of al-Qaida Members

When Iranian government official Ahmad Samavati arrived in Washington, D.C., in February at the head of a five-man negotiating team, he thought he had an offer the Obama administration couldn’t refuse.

The Iranian regime was going to turn over scores of top al-Qaida operatives, including some on the FBI’s “Most Wanted Terrorists” list.

To Samavati’s surprise, the State Department officials he met declined the offer. “They told him they did not want any al-Qaida people. They told him they didn’t want them in the United States,” an Iranian source familiar with the negotiations told Newsmax.

The decline, and the very fact that the Iranian regime sent Samavati to Washington in the first place, shows the profound policy shift that has occurred in both Tehran and Washington since Barack Obama became president.

But Washington seems to be going in one direction and Tehran in another.

In the annual report on terrorism it released last April, the State Department blasted Iran for its unwillingness to cooperate in arresting, rendering, or controlling al-Qaida members operating from its territory.

“Iran has repeatedly resisted numerous calls to transfer custody of its AQ [al-Qaida] detainees to their countries of origin or third countries for interrogation or trial. Iran also continued to fail to control the activities of some AQ members who fled to Iran following the fall of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan,” the report stated.

Obama’s determination to shift gears on Iran is no secret.

He announced his intention to negotiate with the regime during the presidential campaign, and he has repeated that determination many times since taking office.

But no one at Foggy Bottom will comment on why the State Department refused the Iranian offer in February, despite numerous phone messages and e-mails entreaties.

Of course this wouldn’t be the first time in recent history that a Democrat president refused to grab a terrorist when they had the chance and with Obama in the White House for another three and a half years it certainly won’t be the last.

Some News And Issues Of The Day

Another school about to change their name. How does “The Barack and Michelle Obama Service Learning Elementary” sound?

Barack Obama has thwarted one more election opponent. A St. Paul elementary school has voted to officially change its name to “Barack and Michelle Obama Service Learning Elementary,” pending approval of the school board. Webster Magnet Elementary is in its first year of a service learning program, and the school wanted a new name to reflect the shift in focus. The site council, made up of parents and community members, put the Obama name and “Webster Service Learning Elementary” on the ballot.

Fox News gets a little payback from the White House.

Fox News White House correspondent Major Garrett was asked today on the “Brian and the Judge” radio show about the network being snubbed during Obama’s third prime-time presser. “That was retribution for the Fox network, broadcast network, running with its regularly scheduled programming instead of taking the White House press conference,” Garrett said.

Ratings for Obama’s latest hijacking of the TV networks fall off a cliff. Something tells me people are getting tired of seeing his face and hearing his condescending voice every time they flip on the boob tube.

The telecast to mark President Barack Obama’s 100th day in office pulled in the smallest number of prime-time viewers since his inauguration, according to Nielsen Ratings reported by THR.com. Audience fascination with Obama’s news conferences is apparently in a downward spiral, with 28.8 million viewers tuning in Wednesday night’s much touted news conference. That figure represents a 29 percent drop from the president’s previous news conference on March 24, and a 42 percent fall from his first, on Feb. 9, according to the Nielson report.

Pig farmers say two can play this game. Ban humans from any contact with their herds out of fear the swine will catch the flu……from people.

Humans have it. Pigs don’t. At least not yet, and U.S. pork producers are doing everything they can to make sure that the new H1N1 virus, known around the world as the “swine flu,” stays out of their herds. “That is the biggest concern, that your herd could somehow contract this illness from an infected person,” said Kansas hog farmer Ron Suther, who is banning visitors from his sow barns and requiring maintenance workers, delivery men and other strangers to report on recent travels and any illness before they step foot on his property.

Tony Bennett says we should all just shut up and follow our Dear Reader down whatever path he choses to lead us. I think Alzheimers has gripped this man’s mind.

Grammy-award winning musician Tony Bennett told CNSNews.com he “loves everything” Barack Obama has done in his first 100 days as president and thinks every American should “give him all-out support for anything he wants to do.” Bennett further said that Americans should imitate the other countries of the world that support Obama. “I really hope that every citizen of the United States would imitate the rest of the world because they’re all for Obama,” said Bennett. “Every other country adores what happened – in our great country – to have him as president.”

Communist Cuba’s Fidel Castro not so thrilled with Dear Reader.

FIDEL Castro has blasted US President Barack Obama in provocative May Day remarks, saying the United States only wanted Cuba to return “to the fold, like slaves”. Mr Castro, 82, who led Cuba for almost 50 years and remains head of the Cuban Communist Party, was not in outreach mode, though Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro, 77, have made remarks aimed at easing Cold War-era tensions.

Andrew McCarthy Rejects Invitation To Join Obama Administration Task Force

andrew_c_mccarthy-copy

From the nrinstitute.org here is a letter from former New York Assistant United States Attorney Andrew McCarthy to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder rejecting an invitation to join the Obama administration’s Task Force on Detention Policy and the reasons behind his decision.

/

May 1, 2009

By email (to the Counterterrorism Division) and by regular mail:

The Honorable Eric H. Holder, Jr.
Attorney General of the United States
United States Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, D.C. 20530-0001

Dear Attorney General Holder:

This letter is respectfully submitted to inform you that I must decline the invitation to participate in the May 4 roundtable meeting the President’s Task Force on Detention Policy is convening with current and former prosecutors involved in international terrorism cases. An invitation was extended to me by trial lawyers from the Counterterrorism Section, who are members of the Task Force, which you are leading.

The invitation email (of April 14) indicates that the meeting is part of an ongoing effort to identify lawful policies on the detention and disposition of alien enemy combatants—or what the Department now calls “individuals captured or apprehended in connection with armed conflicts and counterterrorism operations.” I admire the lawyers of the Counterterrorism Division, and I do not question their good faith. Nevertheless, it is quite clear—most recently, from your provocative remarks on Wednesday in Germany—that the Obama administration has already settled on a policy of releasing trained jihadists (including releasing some of them into the United States). Whatever the good intentions of the organizers, the meeting will obviously be used by the administration to claim that its policy was arrived at in consultation with current and former government officials experienced in terrorism cases and national security issues. I deeply disagree with this policy, which I believe is a violation of federal law and a betrayal of the president’s first obligation to protect the American people. Under the circumstances, I think the better course is to register my dissent, rather than be used as a prop.

Moreover, in light of public statements by both you and the President, it is dismayingly clear that, under your leadership, the Justice Department takes the position that a lawyer who in good faith offers legal advice to government policy makers—like the government lawyers who offered good faith advice on interrogation policy—may be subject to investigation and prosecution for the content of that advice, in addition to empty but professionally damaging accusations of ethical misconduct. Given that stance, any prudent lawyer would have to hesitate before offering advice to the government.

Beyond that, as elucidated in my writing (including my proposal for a new national security court, which I understand the Task Force has perused), I believe alien enemy combatants should be detained at Guantanamo Bay (or a facility like it) until the conclusion of hostilities. This national defense measure is deeply rooted in the venerable laws of war and was reaffirmed by the Supreme Court in the 2004 Hamdi case. Yet, as recently as Wednesday, you asserted that, in your considered judgment, such notions violate America’s “commitment to the rule of law.” Indeed, you elaborated, “Nothing symbolizes our [adminstration’s] new course more than our decision to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay…. President Obama believes, and I strongly agree, that Guantanamo has come to represent a time and an approach that we want to put behind us: a disregard for our centuries-long respect for the rule of law[.]” (Emphasis added.)

Given your policy of conducting ruinous criminal and ethics investigations of lawyers over the advice they offer the government, and your specific position that the wartime detention I would endorse is tantamount to a violation of law, it makes little sense for me to attend the Task Force meeting. After all, my choice would be to remain silent or risk jeopardizing myself. For what it may be worth, I will say this much. For eight years, we have had a robust debate in the United States about how to handle alien terrorists captured during a defensive war authorized by Congress after nearly 3000 of our fellow Americans were annihilated. Essentially, there have been two camps. One calls for prosecution in the civilian criminal justice system, the strategy used throughout the 1990s. The other calls for a military justice approach of combatant detention and war-crimes prosecutions by military commission. Because each theory has its downsides, many commentators, myself included, have proposed a third way: a hybrid system, designed for the realities of modern international terrorism—a new system that would address the needs to protect our classified defense secrets and to assure Americans, as well as our allies, that we are detaining the right people.

There are differences in these various proposals. But their proponents, and adherents to both the military and civilian justice approaches, have all agreed on at least one thing: Foreign terrorists trained to execute mass-murder attacks cannot simply be released while the war ensues and Americans are still being targeted. We have already released too many jihadists who, as night follows day, have resumed plotting to kill Americans. Indeed, according to recent reports, a released Guantanamo detainee is now leading Taliban combat operations in Afghanistan, where President Obama has just sent additional American forces. The Obama campaign smeared Guantanamo Bay as a human rights blight. Consistent with that hyperbolic rhetoric, the President began his administration by promising to close the detention camp within a year. The President did this even though he and you (a) agree Gitmo is a top-flight prison facility, (b) acknowledge that our nation is still at war, and (c) concede that many Gitmo detainees are extremely dangerous terrorists who cannot be tried under civilian court rules. Patently, the commitment to close Guantanamo Bay within a year was made without a plan for what to do with these detainees who cannot be tried. Consequently, the Detention Policy Task Force is not an effort to arrive at the best policy. It is an effort to justify a bad policy that has already been adopted: to wit, the Obama administration policy to release trained terrorists outright if that’s what it takes to close Gitmo by January.

Obviously, I am powerless to stop the administration from releasing top al Qaeda operatives who planned mass-murder attacks against American cities—like Binyam Mohammed (the accomplice of “Dirty Bomber” Jose Padilla) whom the administration recently transferred to Britain, where he is now at liberty and living on public assistance. I am similarly powerless to stop the administration from admitting into the United States such alien jihadists as the 17 remaining Uighur detainees. According to National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair, the Uighurs will apparently live freely, on American taxpayer assistance, despite the facts that they are affiliated with a terrorist organization and have received terrorist paramilitary training. Under federal immigration law (the 2005 REAL ID Act), those facts render them excludable from the United States. The Uighurs’ impending release is thus a remarkable development given the Obama administration’s propensity to deride its predecessor’s purported insensitivity to the rule of law.

I am, in addition, powerless to stop the President, as he takes these reckless steps, from touting his Detention Policy Task Force as a demonstration of his national security seriousness. But I can decline to participate in the charade.

Finally, let me repeat that I respect and admire the dedication of Justice Department lawyers, whom I have tirelessly defended since I retired in 2003 as a chief assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York. It was a unique honor to serve for nearly twenty years as a federal prosecutor, under administrations of both parties. It was as proud a day as I have ever had when the trial team I led was awarded the Attorney General’s Exceptional Service Award in 1996, after we secured the convictions of Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman and his underlings for waging a terrorist war against the United States. I particularly appreciated receiving the award from Attorney General Reno—as I recounted in Willful Blindness, my book about the case, without her steadfastness against opposition from short-sighted government officials who wanted to release him, the “blind sheikh” would never have been indicted, much less convicted and so deservedly sentenced to life-imprisonment. In any event, I’ve always believed defending our nation is a duty of citizenship, not ideology. Thus, my conservative political views aside, I’ve made myself available to liberal and conservative groups, to Democrats and Republicans, who’ve thought tapping my experience would be beneficial. It pains me to decline your invitation, but the attendant circumstances leave no other option.

Very truly yours,

/S/

Andrew C. McCarthy

So Would Your Answer Be YES Or Would it Be NO Mr Obama?

Is it really that difficult for Obama to answer a simple question without it scrolling across a teleprompter screen? The query was presented in a very clear and easy to understand manner. If an attack was imminent would Obama do whatever was necessary to protect the American public?

Considering a terrorist attack, whether perpetrated as a false flag event by elements within the government or the real thing launched by terrorists already well established in this country, the bottom line is it must have the biggest bang for the buck to have any kind of dramatic impact and that means large population centers are at the greatest risk. Generally speaking you will find mostly Democrat voters living in the densely populated urban areas of the country which means these folks are the ones that will likely suffer the most from the next and inevitable attack on American soil.

08_election_map-copy1

It seems to me these folks would be very interested if Obama would indeed do whatever it takes to ensure their safety and security considering it’s their very lives at stake. Meanwhile the president dances around behind the podium unwilling to let go of this “torture” nonsense which is nothing more than a political tool, brought about by George Soros, clearly designed to negatively affect the Republicans in the 2010 elections.
