(For those who may not be aware of federal laws concerning the possession of fully automatic weapons and or “machine guns” in this country I would like to gently nudge you over here to this posting from a month or so ago.
The possession of fully automatic weapons are heavily regulated in this country and every person that lawfully owns one is well known to the federal government.. That said even the uber liberal governor of Kansas and presumptive Health and Human Services Secretary in the Obama administration, Kathleen Sebelius, signed a bill in 2008 allowing the possession of automatic weapons, silencers and short barreled shotguns by Kansas residents. Honest, she really did.

While incumbents often turn to special interests for early campaign fundraising, Dodd’s out-of-state total seems unusually high and comes at a time when he has been plagued by poor approval ratings among state voters. Massie Ritsch, a spokesman for the Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks federal campaign contributions, said Dodd’s low percentage of in-state funding strikes him as unusual.

Wanted: Computer hackers. Federal authorities aren’t looking to prosecute them, but to pay them to secure the nation’s networks. General Dynamics Information Technology put out an ad last month on behalf of the Homeland Security Department seeking someone who could “think like the bad guy.” Applicants, it said, must understand hackers’ tools and tactics and be able to analyze Internet traffic and identify vulnerabilities in the federal systems. In the Pentagon’s budget request submitted last week, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said the Pentagon will increase the number of cyberexperts it can train each year from 80 to 250 by 2011.
Several Republican members of Congress spoke at Tea Party protests around the country this week. Some were applauded. Others heckled. But only one, it appears, was booed relentlessly for the entire duration of his speech: Rep. Gresham Barrett of South Carolina. No one is following.'” Karl Rove, Bush’s top political adviser in the White House, called the conversational “fictional.” [actually Rove called him a straight up liar…ed] This isn’t the first time Biden’s comments have made news. From historical blunders and Internet gaffes to offensive jokes, Vice President Joe Biden is never shy a quotable moment.
This could quite possibly be the dumbest woman in America folks. Is she not a shining example to all of those walking around sporting a sub 20 IQ that they too could really make something of themselves if they could only find a way to become a Democratic congressperson?
There is one thing she is good for and that is parroting Obama’s deliberate misinformation about tax cuts for the American people. Does this dufus really think that people aren’t paying attention to the obscene spending of money, money we don’t have, by the federal government? That’s what these tea parties were all about, regular Americans who have had it with the direction this country is taking, driven by these loony leftists at the wheel, and hundreds of thousands of them came out in force to make that point.
She’s also very good at the famous “blame Bush” claptrap that we’ll keep hearing for at least the next four years as Democrats have never and will never take responsibility for anything unless it’s successes brought about by the actions of someone else. Remember Bill Clinton taking credit for welfare reform when it was the Republican Congress that drug his ass kicking and screaming into reality? Of course one of the first things Obama did was unravel that success story.
One thing she is spot on about and that is the fact that so many people in this country are clueless how the government works and for the last two years of the Bush administration SHE was Speaker of the House which was and still is dominated by Democrats. That’s where the spending starts folks and she is up to her botoxed eyelids in the middle of it and has been for years. Democrats love blowing money they don’t have so why all the ragging on Bush anyway? He couldn’t have spent a dime on anything without the assistance of the Congressional Democrats for those eight terrible years the liberals keep whining about. Sheesh you would think these idiots would be thrilled to death he left the country with a humongous deficit from all that spending the Democrats helped him out with!

Is there someone available to ask why this country would be installing computer chips made in or procured from China into our fighter jets, some of the most sophisticated aircraft on the planet? Who out there is so uninformed that they are completely unaware that nothing but crap, some of it highly toxic, comes out of that communist country?
It’s bad enough we get poisonous drywall, toys, animal food, toothpaste and even tainted baby food shipped over here from China not to mention crappy tools that break after using them a couple of times so why are these chips finding there way into United States military aircraft and who is responsible for this!?

The Chinese cyber spies have penetrated so deep into the US system — ranging from its secure defence network, banking system, electricity grid to putting spy chips into its defence planes — that it can cause serious damage to the US any time, a top US official on counter-intelligence has said. “Chinese penetrations of unclassified DoD networks have also been widely reported. An October 2008 Business Week article goes much further in depth on this huge problem of bogus Chinese computer chips making their way into U.S. military ships and aircraft.
The American military faces a growing threat of potentially fatal equipment failure—and even foreign espionage—because of counterfeit computer components used in warplanes, ships, and communication networks. Fake microchips flow from unruly bazaars in rural China to dubious kitchen-table brokers in the U.S. and into complex weapons. Senior Pentagon officials publicly play down the danger, but government documents, as well as interviews with insiders, suggest possible connections between phony parts and breakdowns.
In November 2005, a confidential Pentagon-industry program that tracks counterfeits issued an alert that “BAE Systems experienced field failures,” meaning military equipment malfunctions, which the large defense contractor traced to fake microchips. Chips are the tiny electronic circuits found in computers and other gear.
The alert from the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP), reviewed by BusinessWeek (MHP), said two batches of chips “were never shipped” by their supposed manufacturer, Maxim Integrated Products in Sunnyvale, Calif. “Maxim considers these parts to be counterfeit,” the alert states. (In response to BusinessWeek’s questions, BAE said the alert had referred erroneously to field failures. The company denied there were any malfunctions.)
In a separate incident last January, a chip falsely identified as having been made by Xicor, now a unit of Intersil in Milpitas, Calif., was discovered in the flight computer of an F-15 fighter jet at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Ga. People familiar with the situation say technicians were repairing the F-15 at the time. Special Agent Terry Mosher of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations confirms that the 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron eventually found four counterfeit Xicor chips.

The Environmental Protection Agency concluded Friday that greenhouse gases linked to climate change “endanger public health and welfare,” setting the stage for regulating them under federal clean air laws. The EPA action marks the first step toward imposing limits on pollution linked to climate change, which would mean tighter rules for cars and power plants. Agency officials cautioned such regulations are expected to be part of a lengthy process and not issued anytime soon. Limits on carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases would have widespread economic and social impact, from requiring better fuel efficiency for automobiles to limiting emissions from power plants and industrial sources, changing the way the nation produces energy.

In a major domestic policy address at Georgetown University this week, Barack Obama promised — eight times — a “New Foundation.” For those too thick to have noticed this proclamation of a new era in American history, the White House Web site helpfully titled its speech excerpts “A New Foundation.” As it happens, Obama is not the first to try this slogan. President Carter peppered his 1979 State of the Union address with five “New Foundations” (and eight more just naked “foundations”).
So what happens when someone is simply trying to wind their way through airport security and board an airplane then all of a sudden some Transportation Security Administration (TSA) people detain them for having some cash in their possession? Not a machine gun. Not a box cutter. Not a hand grenade and they don’t even come close to resembling the very people responsible for all of the terrorists acts around the world. They just have some plain old U.S. paper currency in their carry on bag.
Were talking about a white guy with the proceeds from the sale of products trying to get from point A to point B when all of a sudden five federal TSA employees threaten him, while spewing filthy language, with the Drug Enforcement Agency and the F.B.I. and yet cannot or refuse to explain to him, an American citizen, what laws he is suspected of violating.
Does any clear thinking person in this country think for one minute these TSA thugs would have tried this crap with a Mexican? A black person? A Muslim with all the head wrappings? ……and spoke to them in this fashion?
Wait. Did this young man reference the Missouri Information Analysis Center “report?” The one that says that anyone that believes in the Constitution, limited government, that babies should have a chance to live, the Second Amendment and supports third party candidates for office just might be domestic terrorists? That “report”?

While the racist liberals in this country may think the recent election, which was marred by extensive voter registration fraud by the far left wing ACORN group and millions of dollars in illegal foreign contributions into the Obama campaign coffers, as historic the rest of us don’t see race in everything that takes place in this country. Obama is just as much white as he is black and those without a never ending racist agenda view Obama as an American citizen just like the rest of us. As a side note an American citizen is NOT the same thing as a natural born citizen which the Constitution clearly dictates as necessary to hold the office of president of the United States.

Some Hispanic advocacy groups are calling for illegal immigrants to boycott the 2010 Census unless immigration laws are changed. The move puts them at odds with leading immigrant rights advocates and creates another hurdle in the Census Bureau’s quest to count everyone in the USA. The National Coalition of Latino Clergy & Christian Leaders, a group that says it represents 20,000 evangelical churches in 34 states, issued a statement this week urging undocumented immigrants not to fill out Census forms unless Congress passes “genuine immigration reform.”
President Barack Obama pledged to Mexican President Felipe Calderon that the U.S. will ramp up enforcement of gun and drug laws to help Mexico battle drug cartels that are “sowing chaos in our communities.” Obama said he’ll press the U.S. Senate to ratify a long- stalled treaty aimed at stopping arms trafficking and add more law enforcement resources to stem the flow of drugs out of Mexico and cash moving south from the U.S. He indicated he won’t push for a renewal of a U.S. assault weapons ban favored by Mexican authorities.

The Pew Hispanic Center, a part of the Washington, D.C.-based Pew Research Center, today released a statistical profile showing that Mexicans now account for 32 percent of all immigrants in America and more than one out of 10 of all persons born in Mexico live in the U.S.

U.S. taxpayers need to know the risks behind the Federal Reserve’s $2 trillion in lending to financial institutions because the public is now an “involuntary investor” in the nation’s banks, according to a court filing by Bloomberg LP. The Fed refuses to name the borrowers, the amounts of loans or assets banks put up as collateral under 11 programs, arguing that doing so might set off a run by depositors and unsettle shareholders. Bloomberg, the New York-based company majority- owned by Mayor Michael Bloomberg, sued Nov. 7 under the Freedom of Information Act on behalf of its Bloomberg News unit. It made the new filing yesterday.
[I would like to know just how many students and parents…ed] Students and parents are demanding Metro Nashville’s public schools stop blocking access to Web sites about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues. They complained to the American Civil Liberties Union, which on Wednesday gave Metro and Knox County schools an April 29 deadline to announce plans to open access to the non-sexual sites. A letter to the districts threatened lawsuits if they don’t comply. Metro parents previously complained to the school district about the lack of support for gay and lesbian students, the teasing and the fatal results. Clare Sullivan, a parent of a lesbian daughter who attended Metro schools, cited recent news reports of students who committed suicide after constant harassment for being gay.
Radio talk show host Michael Savage has filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Giveaway Secretary Janet Napolitano today over the so called (PDF) “Right Wing Extremism” report that was released and endorsed by the former Arizona governor. He is also calling for her resignation on his show asking listeners to flood congressmen and senators with emails, letters and phone calls demanding she be fired. (Good luck with that.) Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy
ANN ARBOR, MI – The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced today that it has filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. The lawsuit claims that her Department’s “Rightwing Extremism Policy,” as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of the political beliefs.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham (President of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, Inc (CBR)), and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray. The Law Center claims that Napolitano’s Department (DHS) has violated the First and Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights of these three plaintiffs by attempting to chill their free speech, expressive association, and equal protection rights. The lawsuit further claims that the Department of Homeland Security encourages law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs.
The Thomas More Law Center also filed a Freedom of Information Act in order to obtain documentation of what the Department of Homeland Giveaway used as a basis to come up with the garbage contained within the “report.”

The Law Center filed its request after consultation with conservative talk show host Michael Savage.
The Department of Homeland Security’s document in question, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” was released to law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Of particular concern was the report’s singling out of military veterans as vulnerable to rightwing extremism.
