GOP’s Snowe will vote for Democratic health bill

Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe broke with her party Tuesday and said she will vote for a Democratic health care bill, handing President Barack Obama a much-sought boost in his quest to expand access to medical coverage to all Americans. Approval of the legislation by the Senate Finance Committee was a foregone conclusion going into Tuesday’s vote, since Democrats outnumber Republicans 13-10 on the panel. But Snowe’s decision gave the vote a significance that transcends partisan divisions. For months, congressional Republicans have been virtually unanimous in denouncing the Democratic bills as an unwarranted expansion of government influence. [ONE single “R” yes vote on this Obamination and the Democrats call the governmental intrusion into our healthcare system “bipartisan?” LOL!…ed]

Doctors Will be ‘Drafted’ Under Public Option

A respected medical specialist has carefully reviewed the healthcare reform bill in the U.S. House, and he declares that it would amount to a virtual “draft” of doctors into the government’s “public option” health insurance program. Dr. Russell Blaylock, a renowned neurosurgeon, book author and editor of the Blaylock Wellness Report published by Newsmax, also warns that “death panels” could lead to the rationing of medical care to the elderly and a “violation of the Hippocratic Oath.” [Affirmative action healthcare workers coming soon under Obamacare…ed]

Symbol carved into green at Lakeville golf course

Police along with the Secret Service are investigating after a local country club discovered a symbol resembling a swastika carved into the green. Lakeville County Club workers discovered the vandalism early Monday morning. Carved into the green on the 18th hole was a swastika look-a-like next to President Barack Obama’s name. [This smells like other stunt pulled by some deranged left wingers hoping to make those opposed to Obama’s policies look like a bunch of whack jobs. F’n losers…ed]

Brit Hume Fires Back at White House Attacks on Fox News: Calls It ‘Risky Strategy’; Says ‘Republican’ Label Intentional

It’s obvious the Obama administration has a low regard for Fox News as a media outlet – whether it has been President Barack Obama hinting at what he has thought about Fox News, the administration passing over Fox News in a recent round of Sunday morning interviews or as White House communications director Anita Dunn recently has done – just declare open season on the network. However Brit Hume, now a senior political analyst for Fox News and regarded as a veteran figure at the news organization, took the White House head on. In his “Brit Hume Commentary” segment on Fox News Channel’s Oct. 12 “Special Report with Bret Baier,” Hume, pointed out this “feud” the Obama administration has decided to elevate is a bad idea. [The juvenile Obama administration gets schooled by the classy well respected Brit Hume…ed]

6-Year-Old Scout Suspended for Bringing Knife-Fork-Spoon Utensil to School

Six-year-old Zachary Christie was so excited to become a Cub Scout that he brought his camping utensil to school. The tool serves as a spoon, a fork and a knife, and Zachary wanted to use it at lunch. What Zachary didn’t know was that the gizmo violated his school’s zero-tolerance policy on weapons. And now the Christina School District in Newark, Del., has suspended the first grader and ordered him to attend the district’s reform school for 45 days. Dollar loses reserve status to yen & euro

Ben Bernanke’s dollar crisis went into a wider mode yesterday as the greenback was shockingly upstaged by the euro and yen, both of which can lay claim to the world title as the currency favored by central banks as their reserve currency. Over the last three months, banks put 63 percent of their new cash into euros and yen — not the greenbacks — a nearly complete reversal of the dollar’s onetime dominance for reserves, according to Barclays Capital. The dollar’s share of new cash in the central banks was down to 37 percent — compared with two-thirds a decade ago. Is Obama pushing to intentionally make America a second-rate world power?

If you search our archives you will find fourteen articles that we have written since Barack Obama was elected that forecast a decline in the value of the American dollar and some of the articles detail the consequences of this decline and specifically its impact on international trade and currency. Although little notice (or reported) by the Elite Media that is carrying Barack Obama water for him, there were several reports last week that some of the leading developing nations are working on a plan to detach the American dollar from being the “reserve” currency upon which the world economy is based. Other than to fulfill what we see as a duty (to keep our readers informed) we would also point out what a careful reading of this particular article says that we have also said before: The devaluation of the dollar is intended. In fact, it is the only way that the U. S. government can finance the huge debt that it has run up, particularly in recent months since Obama took office. Obama fails to win Nobel prize in economics

In a decision as shocking as Friday’s surprise peace prize win, President Obama failed to win the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences Monday. While few observers think Obama has done anything for world peace in the nearly nine months he’s been in office, the same clearly can’t be said for economics. The president has worked tirelessly since even before his inauguration to wrest control of the U.S. economy from failed free markets, and the evil CEOs who profit from them, and to turn it over to wise, fair and benevolent bureaucrats. [Obama and his gang of Chicago thugs have done a fabulous job of destroying our economy and they are now working tirelessly to push the dollar into third world country status so it does come as a shock the far left wingnuts who choose Nobel recipients didn’t take a much harder look at “The Won” for the economics award…ed]

Dollar facing ‘power-shift’: analysts

The dollar’s position as the world’s leading reserve currency faces increased pressure as the financial crisis allows emerging economies greater influence on the world stage, analysts said. A report last week in The Independent claiming that China, Russia and Gulf States are among nations prepared to ditch the dollar for oil trades has heightened the uncertainty surrounding the US currency’s future. (SNIP) The report “has helped concentrate the minds of traders and investors alike, and has given them another excuse to take the dollar lower,” GFT Global Markets analyst David Morrison told AFP. “Despite what the Fed and other central bankers say, a weaker dollar is desirable because it is necessary to rebalance the global economy. [Rebalance the global economy or put the arrogant bully America in its place? Clearly one of the reasons Obama was placed in his position was to accomplish both of these objectives at the expense of all us “evil Americans”…ed]

Heckuva Job, Barack

This was Barack Obama’s chance. Here was an opportunity to cut himself free, in a stroke, from the baggage that’s weighed his presidency down — the implausible expectations, the utopian dreams, the messianic hoo-ha. (SNIP) Here was a chance to establish himself, definitively, as an American president — too self-confident to accept an unearned accolade, and too instinctively democratic to go along with European humbug. He didn’t take it. Instead, he took the Nobel Peace Prize. [The New York Slimes jump on the “kick Obama in the boyz over the Nobel Peace prize” bandwagon. I wonder what it took to clear the piece through the White House communications office first?…ed]

Chavez says Obama did “nothing” to deserve Nobel

Venezuela’s socialist leader Hugo Chavez said on Sunday that U.S. President Barack Obama had done nothing beyond wishful thinking to earn the Nobel Peace Prize. Chavez, who has mixed praise for Obama personally with criticism of his government’s “imperialist” policies, said he thought it was a mistake when he read the U.S. leader had won. (SNIP) Chavez said giving Obama the Nobel award was like giving a baseball pitcher a prize simply for saying he was going to win 50 games and strike out 500 batters. [Even Obama’s fellow marxists have a problem with this Nobel prize nonsense…ed]

Police fight culture of ‘no snitching’

Someone knows who fired more than 30 bullets into a Shannon Road apartment in Durham in July, while three adults and a 4-year-old girl slept inside. Someone also has information about who shot and killed Thomas McLean Spruill at a Durham townhouse complex in June. But in both cases, those who know aren’t talking to police, and Durham’s police chief blames that on a culture against “snitching.” In many urban areas, providing information to police is a violation of street ethics punished by anything from intimidation to death. [Let’s call a spade a spade here. This “urban culture” against “snitching” is virtually exclusive to the hispanic and black communities and enforced by the low life gang bangers that prey on their own people with no regard for the lives of innocent people who don’t have the means to escape the jungle…ed]

NFLPA chief says no to Rush Limbaugh

NFLPA chief DeMaurice Smith stopped just sort of joining several members of his union in denouncing the bid by Rush Limbaugh to buy the St. Louis Rams. But, in a letter to the union’s executive committee reported by ESPN, Smith said he supports players speaking their minds on the issue. Last week, Jets LB Bart Scott and Giants DE Mathias Kiwanuka said they would not play for the Rams if Limbaugh’s bid is successful.

From Smith’s letter, via ESPN:

“I’ve spoken to the commissioner (Roger Goodell) and I understand that this ownership consideration is in the early stages. But sport in America is at its best when it unifies, gives all of us reason to cheer, and when it transcends. Our sport does exactly that when it overcomes division and rejects discrimination and hatred.” [Who’s showing “hatred” here? Limbaugh has never NEVER shown himself to be a racist regardless of what the REAL racists in the state run left wing media continue to say. In fact his long time call screener for his radio show, is a black man! BTW, I wonder what would happen if a bunch of white players said they would refuse to play for a BLACK owner. hmmmm???…ed]

Ship of Fools: Obama’s Intimates and Advisors

The following thumbnails describe a very small sampling of the locust horde of Leftist bureaucrats President Barack Hussein Obama has deliberately chosen to help him grasp the helm of America’s ship of state, strip it from the American people, and steer it hard to port. The Obama Administration is plainly subverting democracy in America, wildly careening our previous 230-year history of democracy so dangerously Leftward that after a mere nine months we are in terrible danger of sinking. [Here’s a quick rundown of many of the hairballs Obama has chosen to surround himself with in this corrupt behind scenes government he’s running…ed]

A Vain President, or a Weak One?

George Will suggested last week that President Obama’s self-referential speech on behalf of Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Olympics may lead to his being known as the “vain” president. Maybe, but worse things have been said about a president and probably will be if Obama declines to send substantially more troops to Afghanistan and rejuvenate his counterinsurgency strategy. He’ll be called a “weak” president. And the label will stick. A weak president is vulnerable, politically and otherwise. In Jimmy Carter’s case, being seen as weak in dealing with Iran and the Soviets was a major factor in his defeat by Ronald Reagan in 1980. Americans don’t like pushovers, especially pushover presidents. Obama is at risk of becoming a pushover. [Obama, vain or weak?? I say ummmm YES!…ed]

Are white working-class blues bad for Democrats?

White working-class males have been among the biggest U.S. losers in this recession. Does that mean that President Barack Obama’s Democratic Party will be the big loser in the 2010 congressional elections? Some analysts say yes, even though blue-collar white males have been leaning Republican for decades and have been a shrinking percentage of the U.S. electorate. But they still represent as much as 15 percent of the voting age population and in industrial Midwest states their mounting economic woes could prove to be the difference in tight congressional races. [Yeah, I would say whitey is getting real f’n tired of getting kicked to the curb by the opportunist left wing politicians. The backlash is gonna be a real bitch just as soon as the liberal white guilt trip that put Obama in office wears off…ed]

Muslims in U.S. feel unfairly implicated in the war on terror

As the FBI pursues one alleged terrorist plot after another, Muslim Americans are grappling with a widespread sense that the government thinks they all could be terrorists. In dozens of interviews across the country, McClatchy has found that the government’s search for the enemy within is threatening to divide and destroy America’s Muslim communities. Gandhi Wuz Robbed

When he heard the Nobel Peace Prize shocker on Friday, Bill Clinton went into one of his purple rages. He picked up the phone and dialed the one person on earth who would be as steamed as he was. CLINTON: Hey, man, it’s me. This thing is plumb crazy. Can you believe it? W: No way, Jose!
CLINTON: First that prig Carter. Then that prig Gore. And now President Paris Hilton. The guy’s in office three days and he gets the peace prize? He should have gotten the Nobel in chemistry, because chemistry’s all he’s got. Talk about a fairy tale. This … is … just … wrong! It’s killing me, man. I feel like my head’s explodin’. First I had the vast right-wing conspiracy, and now I have the vast left-wing conspiracy.

Sen. Lindsey Graham working with Sen. John Kerry on climate bill

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina publicly announced his support for climate legislation on Sunday in an op-ed column with Democratic Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts. “Our partnership represents a fresh attempt to find consensus that adheres to our core principles and leads to both a climate change solution and energy independence,” the two senators wrote in The New York Times. “It begins now, not months from now — with a road to 60 votes in the Senate.” [Unfortunately the good people of South Carolina just reelected this clown so we’re stuck with this asshat RINO for another five years…ed]

The Nobel Peace Prize Is Over

The Nobel committee has handed out some puzzling peace prizes over the years—Henry Kissinger and Yasir Arafat come to mind—but even given a few scratches and dings, the Nobel retained its luster as the most prestigious award of any kind in the world. Long after the “red carpet” pretty much destroyed the idea of prizes in general, the Nobel Peace Prize was still seen as rare and precious. (SNIP) That’s all over now. The Nobel Peace Prize is finished. It’s just another “prize,” like a Teen Choice Award for old people. No matter what you think of Obama, the man has done nothing, at all, to deserve it. [Good Lord even NewsWEAK is starting to get what an absolute nothing Obama is!!…ed]

Pointless Nobel prize reveals how President Obama is lost in his own mystique

Scrap the Nobel Peace Prize. It’s an embarrassment and even an impediment to peace. President Obama, in letting the committee award it to him, has made himself look vain, a fool and dangerously lost in his own mystique. Where do you start, in the daftness of it? Anointing a leader whose character the panel admires, but who is only a fifth of the way through his term of office and has not yet clinched any peace? The fey, fanciful lack of criteria, which does no favours to the rigorous awards in science that, unfortunately, share the same brand name? [The British press chimes in on the bogus Nobel Peace prize awarded to the “accomplished nothing” Barack Obama…ed]

Pelosi’s Sinking In the Swamp

When she became Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi assured Americans she would “drain the swamp” and clean up ethics violations. To this day, she still boasts about that notion as an accomplishment. Sadly, the swamp is winning. In perhaps the most appalling display of “cronyism,” — a word Pelosi herself used almost incessantly when Republicans were in power, — she has allowed her good friend and political ally, Rep. Charlie Rangel to retain his powerful post as Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. This, despite calls for him to step down from both sides of the aisle and a litany of unethical transgressions, including the following: [I wonder just how many criminal charges this woman would be facing in the real world for her actions since becoming Speaker?…ed]

Frank says D.C. gay rights march misses mark

Rep. Barney Frank, the first openly gay member of Congress, says he’d rather see gay rights supporters lobbying their elected officials than marching in Washington this weekend, calling the demonstration “a waste of time at best.” Frank , in an interview with The Associated Press, said he considers such demonstrations to be “an emotional release” that does little to pressure Congress. “The only thing they’re going to be putting pressure on is the grass,” the Massachusetts Democrat said Friday. Fla. man kills fiancee on eve of wedding

A man who thought there was an intruder in his house shot and killed his fiancee the day before they were to be married, police said Friday. “Right now everything points to a tragic accident,” Police Chief Kevin Brunelle told The Associated Press, adding investigators were awaiting forensic results. John Tabutt, 62, told investigators he got his gun when he thought he heard an intruder, then fired at a figure in the hallway, according to Brunelle. It was Tabutt’s live-in fiancee, 62-year-old Nancy Dinsmore, who family members say he was going to marry Saturday. Tabutt told authorities he thought she was next to him in bed the whole time. Army Officers Criticize Rebuke of Gen. McChrystal

Army officers gathered at a convention in Washington this week said senior White House officials should not have rebuked Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, for saying publicly that a scaled-back war effort would not succeed. The hallways at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center buzzed with sympathy for McChrystal, who has said the U.S.-led effort in Afghanistan risks failure without a rapid infusion of additional forces. Obama and his advisers are now debating strategy in Afghanistan, with some officials arguing against additional deployments. ‘We may have to save this president from himself on Afghanistan’

Democratic Rep. Donna Edwards, a vice chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, attended the premiere of the anti-war film, “Rethink Afghanistan” in Washington last night. In remarks afterward, Edwards quoted a House colleague, whom she did not identify, saying anti-war Democrats must work to rescue President Obama from his commitment to escalate the war in Afghanistan. “As one of my colleagues, who shall remain unnamed, said, ‘Indeed, we may have to save this president from himself on Afghanistan,'” Edwards told the audience. “I take that really seriously.” [But I thought “The Won” was so singularly brilliant he doesn’t need anyone’s help when it comes to the charlie foxtrot going on in Afghanistan?…ed]

American troops in Afghanistan losing heart, say army chaplains

American soldiers serving in Afghanistan are depressed and deeply disillusioned, according to the chaplains of two US battalions that have spent nine months on the front line in the war against the Taleban. Many feel that they are risking their lives — and that colleagues have died — for a futile mission and an Afghan population that does nothing to help them, the chaplains told The Times in their makeshift chapel on this fortress-like base in a dusty, brown valley southwest of Kabul. [Not hard to imagine why our men in Afghanistan are feeling the way they do these days after all their pathetic commander-in-chief spoken with the man in charge of the troops all of twice in the last two and a half months…ed]

The president fiddles, Afghanistan burns

Yesterday marked the anniversary of American boots on the ground in Afghanistan. Eight years into the war, the U.S. effort is adrift. Those who expected decisive action on Afghanistan from President Obama will have to keep waiting. The president told a group of congressional leaders on Tuesday that he will not approve a significant reduction in troops in Afghanistan (whatever “significant” means) and remains undecided on whether to authorize a troop increase. So no decrease, no increase but no decision either. Muddling through is the order of the day. Criminals may have been hired for census

Errors by census bureau employees may have resulted in 200 people with criminal records being hired to do door-to-door canvassing. The Census Bureau typically takes fingerprints and performs background checks on workers hired to interact with the public. But a report by the General Accounting Office (GAO) found that tens of thousands of workers were improperly finger-printed by bureau employees. The GAO fears that the name checks performed on those employees was not sufficient without fingerprints. All 165,000 students in Philadelphia public schools, regardless of income, are eligible for free breakfasts. But just 54,000 ate breakfast last year, district figures show. [This is unbelievable! Barack Obama cancels meeting with Dalai Lama ‘to keep China happy’

The decision came after China stepped up a campaign urging nations to shun the Tibetan spiritual leader. It means Mr Obama will become the first president not to welcome the Nobel peace prize winner to the White House since the Dalai Lama began visiting Washington in 1991. The Buddhist monk arrived in Washington on Monday for a week of meetings with Congressional leaders, celebrity supporters and interest groups, but the president will not see him until after he has made his first visit to China next month. Montana city’s jail deal delayed amid controversy

Plans for a California company to take over the city’s empty jail were put on hold Monday, following last week’s revelations that the company’s lead figure has a criminal history. The decision came as Hardin’s leaders announced the resignation of Becky Convery, an attorney who helped craft the jail deal for the small city. Hardin officials had tried in vain for two years to fill the 464-bed jail before striking an agreement last month with convicted felon Mike Hilton and his Santa Ana, Calif.-company, American Police Force. But following last week’s news that Hilton has a history of fraud — including several years in jail and three civil judgments against him for more than $1.1 million — Hardin’s economic development authority said it was stepping back from the deal. Help, quick – I’ve unscrewed the top on a ticking bomb

Like any responsible parent, I would not leave a loaded gun in the children’s playroom or keep my painkillers in their sweetie tin. But it turns out that for two years there has been a nuclear bomb in one of my kitchen cupboards, between the tomato ketchup and the Rice Krispies. It’s an American chilli sauce that was bought by my wife as a joky Christmas present. And, like all joky Christmas presents, it was put in a drawer and forgotten about. It’s called limited-edition Insanity private reserve and it came in a little wooden box, along with various warning notices. “Use this product one drop at a time,” it said. “Keep away from eyes, pets and children. Not for people with heart or respiratory problems. Use extreme caution.” [Why not start your Monday off with something funny?…ed]

Barack Obama furious at General Stanley McChrystal speech on Afghanistan

According to sources close to the administration, Gen McChrystal shocked and angered presidential advisers with the bluntness of a speech given in London last week. The next day he was summoned to an awkward 25-minute face-to-face meeting on board Air Force One on the tarmac in Copenhagen, where the president had arrived to tout Chicago’s unsuccessful Olympic bid. Gen James Jones, the national security adviser, yesterday did little to allay the impression the meeting had been awkward. Obama to take on military gay ban at `right time’

President Barack Obama will focus “at the right time” on how to overturn the “don’t ask, don’t tell” ban on gays serving openly in the military, his national security adviser said Sunday. “I don’t think it’s going to be — it’s not years, but I think it will be teed up appropriately,” James Jones said. The Democratic-led Congress is considering repealing the 1993 law. Action isn’t expected on the issue until early next year. (SNIP) The White House has said it will not stop the military from dismissing gays and lesbians who acknowledge their sexuality. [Once again the empty suit votes “present.” Øbama has plenty of time for vacations, golf, trips to Europe to bash our country and the Letterman show but will wait “for the right time” to address this campaign pledge and he is seriously pissing off the homosexual lobby which supported him nearly 100% in the last election. Study prompts provinces to rethink flu plan

A “perplexing” Canadian study linking H1N1 to seasonal flu shots is throwing national influenza plans into disarray and testing public faith in the government agencies responsible for protecting the nation’s health. Distributed for peer review last week, the study confounded infectious-disease experts in suggesting that people vaccinated against seasonal flu are twice as likely to catch swine flu. (SNIP) “It has confused things very badly,” said Dr. Ethan Rubinstein, head of adult infectious diseases at the University of Manitoba. “And it has certainly cost us credibility from the public because of conflicting recommendations. Until last week, there had always been much encouragement to get the seasonal flu vaccine.” [This should really clear up any concerns many have had about all this swine flu nonsense. NOT!…ed]

The ‘kill granny’ bill

As the health-reform bills move through Congress, the prognosis for Medicare patients gets worse and worse. The Senate Finance Committee bill (generally called the Baucus bill, after Chairman Max Baucus) robs the elderly to cover the uninsured — like snatching purses from little old ladies. The House bills already cut future funding for Medicare by $500 billion over the next decade. The Baucus bill would slash a similar amount, just when 30 percent more people enter the program as baby boomers turn 65. Obama wins popularity contests, not much else

President Obama is following the advice of that great philosopher Woody Allen, who once said that “eighty percent of success is showing up.” In health care legislation, foreign relations and, now, the Olympics, Obama believes his very presence is enough to bend the world to his whim. But even Allen allowed for 20% of something else. I’m guessing good ideas and effort. The decision by the International Olympic Committee must have particularly stung. The respected circuit judge once was the Democratic Party’s choice to be the first black federal judge in south Alabama. Then his career collapsed under allegations that he brought inmates to his office and spanked them with a paddle. Later, an indictment accused him of sexually abusing male inmates in exchange for leniency. The trial on charges of sodomy, kidnapping, sex abuse, extortion, assault and ethics violations is set to start Monday. [Surely there must be some kind of racial angle here because we all know black Democrats never commit crimes…ed]

Lame Gray Lady: NYT Scrubs Major Portion of Original Obama-Olympics Article, Inserts Meeting with McChrystal

Those who read the New York Times’s coverage of the unsuccessful results of Barack and Michelle Obama’s attempt to seal the 2016 Summer Olympics bid for Chicago on Friday afternoon (‘For Obama, an Unsuccessful Campaign”) might want to read it again. If it doesn’t seem the same, it’s because it isn’t. Blogger Weasel Zippers (HT Hot Air Headlines via Instapundit) caught the Times committing a major scrub of the story. But it’s really worse than that. An excerpt of the item’s first five paragraphs posted at FreeRepublic at 4:44 Eastern Time on October 2 shows that the article was apparently originally published under the same title with Peter Baker’s byline Friday sometime Friday afternoon. There are even more substantive differences noticed by Weasel Zippers I will get to shortly, but the first five paragraphs alone were obviously worked over, while Jeff Zeleny’s name was added to the byline. [More proof the lamestream media will do whatever it can to cover Øbama’s ass every time he falls flat on his face. Naturally it took an intrepid blogger, doing the work the media no longer has the skill, desire or ability to do properly anymore, to uncover this NYT’s scam…ed]

In bid blame game, point fingers here

Chicago politicians, politically connected contractors, trucking bosses, Mayor Richard Daley’s nephews and other wide-eyed idealists need somebody to blame for their humiliating loss of the 2016 Olympics. So blame me. I’ll wear the jacket and make my friend the mayor happy. Why? I’ve been a supreme idiot for opposing the mayor’s Olympics and all that noncynical fun. Sure, the taxpayers were worried about digging into their pockets for Olympian cost overruns, just so the politicians could hand out Olympic gold to their friends. But upon reflection, I fear that I’ve stupidly cost myself oodles of cash. [For humor to be really funny it must contain strong elements of the truth…ed]

Ten US soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Ten American troops were killed at the weekend in two surprise attacks that caused alarm in Nato’s US-led coalition. In one, hundreds of insurgents attacked a pair of isolated outposts in eastern Afghanistan, killing eight US soldiers and several Afghan policemen in the deadliest battle in 15 months. Scores more Afghan policemen were reportedly captured by the Taleban. In the other an Afghan policeman opened fire on the American soldiers with whom he was working in central Wardak province, killing two and injuring three. [We lost 10 men in that Afghanistan hellhole this weekend while Øbama fretted over how to spin his IOC bitch slap…ed]

Do Not Blame Barack

Contrary to what my title indicates, I probably judge Barack Obama more harshly than most reading this page. I don’t think he is just a misguided ideologue or merely a creature of expediency. I believe, practically speaking, he is an evil man. That is to say, while he is largely ignorant like so many others, he has developed an affinity for evil. He mistakes it for good. Yet, to be blunt, Obama doesn’t alarm me as much as the average American. To explain why, I’ll present something Roman philosopher and statesman Marcus Tullius Cicero said 2000 years ago when lamenting Julius Caesar’s rise to dictator: [How was that for a sobering look in the mirror America?…ed]

Barack Obama Pleads With Conservatives: Get Off My Back! I've Accomplished Absolutely Nothing…Yet!

obama_dufus

I’m wondering if those of us on the right are being just a little bit too rough on ol Barack Hussein Obama considering the man has really accomplished very little since becoming president except of course deliberately jacking up any chance of an economic recovery here in America any time soon and blowing record amounts of money we don’t have in a record amount of time putting our kid’s great grandchildren in hock up to their eyebrows three generations before they are even born.

Oh, and he has managed to gleefully diss our country numerous times in front of the entire world much to the joy and happiness of his fellow marxist thugs around the globe but other than that the inept inexperienced teleprompter jockey has pretty much been a big fat ZERØ!
