With what seems to be a daily occurrence another lawsuit has been filed in an attempt to force elected officials into action on this Obama birth certificate debacle. The latest filing that I have come across is in the state of Washington by a Mr. Steven R. Marquis.

In the Steven R. Marquis v. Samuel Sumner Reed (the Washington Secretary of State) action Marquis is requesting Reed verify the eligibility of Barack Obama to run as president of the United States before adding his name to the ballot.

Did Barack Obama really write his own books?

Jack Cashill at American Thinker.com thinks Obama may have had quite a bit of assistance in writing his 1995 memoir Dreams From My Father and has some compelling information to back up his claim. What is shocking is just who Mr. Cashill thinks actually wrote most of the book.

Since Mr. Obama has chosen to keep his college transcripts under tight seal and there is a dearth of available written material that can be verified as coming directly from Obama some have wondered just how was he able to pen such an amazing product, dubbed “the best-written memoir ever produced by an American politician,” by Time magazine.

Mr. Cashill has done an incredible amount of work investigating this very question and has come to a conclusion that is sure to open some eyes, except for those in the mainstream media of course.

Seventh grader called racist for wearing Palin shirt.

Unbelievable. Twelve year old Ashleigh Jones, a seventh grader at New Smyrna Beach Middle School in Volusia County, Fl. gets ripped and called a racist by her fellow classmates for simply wearing a Sarah Palin tee shirt to school.

“Some of the students were calling me racist because I was Caucasian,” she said. “I wanted the Caucasian man to win. And I told them that’s not true. It’s my freedom of speech, it’s my opinion.”

Ed Shultz a liberal radio talk show host storms out on Fox News.

Ed Shultz, a liberal radio talk show host, in a fit of childish fury unplugged and bailed mid interview on the Fox and Friends news program this morning. Evidently three questions were enough for this guy so he just stood up and walked out of the room right in the middle of a question concerning Obama’s tax plan for anyone making over $250,000. Shultz claimed his two sons ran a construction business and were eagerly looking forward to government implemented tax breaks promised by Obama. When Steve Malzberg, a conservative radio host and a guest on Fox and Friends, tossed Shultz a question related to the amount of income the construction business generated, ostensibly to determine the impact Obama’s tax scheme would have on the company, Shultz simply grabbed a hat and stormed off.

Barack Obama says "Get in their faces!"

“I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face.”

Last month “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking” (his running mate Joe Biden’s words, not mine) Democratic presidential nominee encouraged his supporters to get downright rowdy with folks as they are traipsing through their daily routines. Evidently his desire was to have his fans confront people that may not be seeing things the way they should, which would be Obama’s way of course, and attempt to set these folks straight with some serious face to face counseling. Can you imagine some lady with her kids at the grocery store minding her own business loading bags into her minvan and some Obama fanatic getting all whizzy with her when they spot the McCain/Palin sticker in the rear window? Of course that would never happen right? Don’t bet on it!

"Our Country Deserves Better" than Barack Obama.

The “Our Country Deserves Better” PAC is led by former CA assemblyman Howard Kaloogian who was instrumental in the recall of former CA governor Gray Davis and they are on a mission. The group is planning on holding 35 rallies throughout the country in support of John McCain/Sarah Palin and in opposition to Barack Obama/Joe Biden. The latter part of the previous statement could prove to be very important considering what a lame job the media has done “covering” the never ending stream of questionable dealings, ACORN and the voter registration fraud scandals and the troubling associations with unsavory characters in Obama’s past. Biden is just too stupid for words so I’m not sure how they will rally against him. 🙂

Obama rakes in record amount of cash for his presidential campaign.

What a brilliant campaign strategy for Obama. Forgo the restrictive limits of public financing for his presidential campaign in exchange for the ability to raise unlimited amounts of contributions on his own. Now I know there have been scattered reports of millions in funny money rolling into Obama’s coffers, illegally I might add, from foreign lands but the mainstream media has, once again, been quiet as a mouse about it. Imagine that.
