Obama Pleads With Americans, “Don’t Stock Up On Guns!”

12-08-08

While Obama continues to lie to the American people concerning his record on Second Amendment issues the good citizens of this country are going gonzo snatching up firearms and ammo like hell won’t have it. Now why would these folks be doing such a thing after all we do have the Constitution, we do have rights under such and our elected officials are sworn to uphold them so what’s the fuss? Why the panic buying?

Many popular (and super scary looking to the liberals) self loading centerfire rifles are virtually impossible to locate for purchase and the few that are on the market are commanding a premium price. Firearm merchants all over the country have substantial backorder for these particular types of weapons due to demand far outstripping supply. Bulk ammunition for purchase is becoming increasingly difficult to find with many retailers out of stock and with certain calibers the opportunity to resupply their inventory could be months away. What the heck is going on and why are so many people concerned about the availability of and the ability to buy firearms and ammo in the future?

Google Will Start Reporting “Flu Searches” To Government

SICK SURVEILLANCE: GOOGLE REPORTS FLU SEARCHES, LOCATIONS TO FEDS
Tue Nov 11 2008 15:34:50 ET

GOOGLE will launch a new tool that will help federal officials “track sickness”.

“Flu Trends” uses search terms that people put into the web giant to figure out where influenza is heating up, and will notify the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in real time!

GOOGLE, continuing to work closely with government, claims it would keep individual user data confidential: “GOOGLE FLU TRENDS can never be used to identify individual users because we rely on anonymized, aggregated counts of how often certain search queries occur each week.”

Engineers will capture keywords and phrases related to the flu, including thermometer, flu symptoms, muscle aches, chest congestion and others.

Dr. Lyn Finelli, chief of influenza surveillance at CDC: “One thing we found last year when we validated this model is it tended to predict surveillance data. The data are really, really timely. They were able to tell us on a day-to-day basis the relative direction of flu activity for a given area. They were about a week ahead of us. They could be used… as early warning signal for flu activity.”

Thomas Malone, professor at M.I.T.: “I think we are just scratching the surface of what’s possible with collective intelligence.”

Eric Schmidt, GOOGLE’s chief executive vows: “From a technological perspective, it is the beginning.”

Developing…

That’s how easy it is folks. We all know how google caved in with China and agreed to censor user searches in that country. Now we have them reporting user searches to our federal government supposedly to track “the flu.” You betcha.

This crap about them not identifying individual users is a load of garbage as yahoo proved, again with our good friends in China.

Thomas Malone, professor at M.I.T.: “I think we are just scratching the surface of what’s possible with collective intelligence.”

You got that right Mr. Malone.

Google stock below $300 for the first time since 2005.

Obama And The Phony Poll Numbers.

10-29-08

Having done my share of news and blog site surfing since the beginning of the year I can say that it has become blatantly obvious that Obama “plants” have been posting comments everywhere they can. They were pulling this crap in the Democratic primaries and they have continued right into the presidential campaign. Their hope is to confuse, anger, discourage and ultimately drive McCain supporters nuts thinking the presidential contest is over and they might as well just get used to an Obama administration. On several sites these plants are called out for who they are so many folks are definitely onto the scam.

These obots can literally be found everywhere and they are probably responsible for many Youtube videos getting yanked for “copyright” issues. Since Youtube is owned by Google, a big time Obama supporter, I doubt seriously if they question too vigorously (at all?) anyone complaining that videos supporting McCain’s positions have a copyright problem and should be pulled down. In fact it seems as though Youtube is lightning quick whenever they receive a copyright infringement notice when it comes to McCain videos even though we have all seen thousands of equally suspect videos that are still displayed on the site. Due to the sheer volume of uploads it would seem to be an impossible task for Youtube personnel to police them all so I’m fairly confident there is a small army of dedicated obots trolling the site ready to report any videos they think they can get removed.

Google search - women for Sarah Palin - check out the top sites listed.

9-13-08

I was reading a message board thread where someone was ecstatic they had found a forum where a bunch of bitter and bored women who hate Sarah Palin can congregate. At first glance it appeared to be a place for a group of clearly jealous women to exchange rumors that have already been positively debunked. I’m sure the five people that have all registered under 20 different screen names to make it look like the place is booming are enjoying their little cocoon where they feel comfy giggling over all their little fibs. Awww, hey if it makes you feel better ladies :)

Google, playing games with their search engine?

9-2-08

The other night I’m sitting here hard at work tapping away on my computer and I had a thought. As I was getting ready to respond to a comment on a site I have been a part of for quite some time I decided to do a quick search for some information. The conversation involved that gift that never stops giving in the gaffe department, Joe Biden. Now, anybody that is familiar with this opportunist and abject failure when connected to any sort of presidential campaign knows he has diarrhea of the mouth pretty much whenever he opens it and talks about women.
